Everything you need to know before your appointment:
Sina charges £70 per hour or £400 for a full day session. The total cost depends on the size, detail and placement of your tattoo. A personalised quote will be provided after reviewing your enquiry.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is deducted from the final price on the day of your session.
On the day, Sina will walk you through the design, discuss placement and sizing, and apply a stencil so you can see exactly how it will look before any ink touches skin. The studio is private and relaxed and you can have as many breaks as you need.
Please arrive well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten a proper meal. Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours beforehand.
Pain levels vary depending on the placement, your personal tolerance, and the size of the piece. Areas with thinner skin or closer to bone (ribs, spine, inner arm) tend to be more sensitive, while fleshier areas (outer arm, thigh, calf) are generally more comfortable.
Most clients describe the sensation as a scratching or vibrating feeling rather than sharp pain. Sina works at a comfortable pace and is happy to take breaks whenever needed.
Yes! Sina has extensive experience with cover-ups and reworks. The best approach depends on the existing tattoo's size, colour and placement. Send a clear photo of the current tattoo in your booking form and Sina will advise on what's possible.
Options will be discussed during your consultation.
To get the best results and most comfortable experience:
- Eat a good meal before your appointment — low blood sugar can make you feel lightheaded
- Stay hydrated in the days leading up to your session
- Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before your appointment — it thins the blood
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area
- Avoid sunburn — tattooing sunburnt or irritated skin is not possible
Sina uses second skin (a medical-grade transparent adhesive film) to protect your fresh tattoo. Keep it on for up to 72 hours, then gently remove in a warm shower. After removal, wash with lukewarm water and fragrance-free antibacterial soap, pat dry with a clean paper towel.
You'll also be recommended a specialist aftercare cream available at the studio for a small cost. Apply a thin layer 2–3 times daily for the first 2 weeks. Avoid baths, swimming, direct sunlight and tight clothing during healing.
Your tattoo will peel and may feel itchy — do not pick or scratch. Once fully healed (4–6 weeks), always apply SPF 30+ sunscreen to protect your tattoo from fading.
Life happens — if you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours. Your deposit can be transferred to a new date.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit, as the time slot has been reserved exclusively for you and custom design work may have already begun.
Reference images are incredibly helpful but not essential. They give Sina a clear idea of the style, mood and elements you're drawn to. You can include them in the booking form or send them via email.
Even if you only have a rough idea, Sina will work with you to develop the concept into a finished design you'll love.
